Statutory Filing Fee

Some court documents require payment of a statutory filing fee.  The eFiling system supports online payment of fees using a credit or debit card or an eCheck (i.e., debiting a checking account to pay fees).

The eFiling system displays the filing fee amount at the time of filing. Use of the eFiling system to pay the filing fee and electronically file constitutes your consent to charge the credit or debit card or to debit the checking account you supply with the amount of the filing fee.

Processing Fee

In addition to the statutory filing fee, a processing fee is assessed.

The eFiling system displays the processing fee amount at the time of filing.  Use of the eFiling system to pay the filing fee and electronically file constitutes your consent to charge the credit or debit card or to debit the checking account you supply with the amount of the processing fee.
